 Jimmy Donaldson, also known as MrBeast (born on May 7, 1998) is an American YouTuber and entrepreneur. [6] He is credited for establishing an YouTube video genre that is focused on extreme stunts. His main YouTube channel, "MrBeast", is the fifth-most-subscribed on the platform. At the age of 13, Donaldson started posting YouTube videos with the name "MrBeast6000". His initial content included Let's Plays and videos estimating the wealth of other YouTubers. He became famous in the year 2017 after his "Counting to 100,000" video garnered tens to thousands of views in a matter of days. When his channel began to gain traction, Donaldson hired several of his former classmates to run the growing brand. MrBeast is Donaldson's primary YouTube channel. The channel reached 100 million subscribers on the 28th of July 2022.
