Milana

 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub is an American comedian, actress and activist. She was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents and began her acting career when she was a young girl, shortly after moving to the United States. Her appearances as Lily Adams in AT&T TV commercials from 2013 until 2016 - and now from 2020 on - has made her famous. The commercials she appeared in were not the only thing she appeared in. She also appeared on the Yahoo! Screen science fiction show Other Space (2015). She also played an ongoing role as a character in the NBC drama This Is Us (2016)-2017. After being featured in the TV pilot that was never aired for New Warriors, Vayntrub also is the voice of Squirrel Girl in Marvel Rising. Vayntrub was born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic, USSR, and is Jewish. At two years of age, she and her parents relocated to the U.S. as refugees to get away from antisemitism. They settled in West Hollywood. Due to her family's financial difficulties, she started acting in Mattel Barbie commercials as a five-year-old. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School, however, she quit in her sophomore year. She she was able to get an GED and went to complete an Associate of Arts in Communication from the University of California, San Diego. She studied improv comedy with the Upright Citizens Brigade.
